Winner33 Platform Terms & Conditions for Malaysian Members

Winner33 services are available only to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. Winner33 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend the account of any user who does not meet these criteria at any time, without prior notice.

• Minimum Age 18: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and any such account will be terminated immediately upon verification. Winner33 may request proof of age at any time.
• Malaysian Citizen or Resident: The Winner33 platform is designed and optimised for users based in Malaysia. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• One Account Per Individual: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active Winner33 account. Creating multiple accounts using the same name, phone number, IP address, or payment method is prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings or subject to court orders relating to financial activity are not eligible to register.
• Non-Winner33 Employees: Winner33 staff, their immediate family members, and anyone directly involved in the operation of the platform are not eligible to be active members.

The Winner33 registration process is designed to be quick and straightforward — completable in under two minutes. That said, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information both during and after registration. Submitting false or misleading information is a serious violation that may result in immediate account closure.

• Accurate Information: Your full name, active Malaysian phone number, and email address must be your own and accurate. Winner33 will use this information for important communications, identity verification, and withdrawal processing.
• OTP Verification: Your phone number will be verified via an OTP code during registration. This is a security measure to protect your account from unauthorized access.
• KYC Process: Winner33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) such as a copy of your MyKad at any time, particularly before processing large withdrawals or when there is suspicious account activity.
• Password Security: You are fully responsible for keeping your Winner33 account password confidential. Never share your password with anyone, including the Winner33 support team. We will never ask for your password through any channel.
• Update Information: If your personal details change (phone number, email, or bank information), you must update your Winner33 account within 7 business days.

• Closure by Winner33 — Terms Violation: Your account may be closed immediately and without notice if you breach any part of these Terms & Conditions, including registering multiple accounts, fraud, use of bots, or collusion.
• Suspension for Investigation: An account may be temporarily suspended while suspicious activity is being investigated. The duration of the suspension depends on the member's cooperation throughout the investigation process.
• Voluntary Account Closure (Self-Exclusion): Members who wish to take a break from gaming activity may apply for self-exclusion via the Responsible Gaming page. The minimum exclusion period is 6 months and cannot be reversed before it expires.

Winner33 services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to keep the platform running smoothly, there are certain limitations to our liability that you should understand before using the platform.

• Winner33 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet service disruptions, user device failures, or poor network connectivity on the member's end.
• Winner33 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavoidable downtime.
• Winner33 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Winner33's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

Winner33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time based on business requirements, regulatory changes, or platform improvements. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of material changes via email or in-platform notifications as promptly as possible. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the Winner33 platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved first through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, through arbitration or a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
